Room in Modern Flat in Central Croydon

Hello :) I’m offering a room in a cosy one-bedroom flat in central Croydon, a vibrant and diverse part of south London. It’s on the second floor and just a short walk from East Croydon station, with direct trains to central London and Gatwick Airport — both about 15 minutes away.

You’ll have the bedroom to yourself, while I sleep on an air mattress in the living area. It’s no trouble, as I’m usually up early and working at my desk in the open-plan space.

The building has a 10th-floor roof terrace with sofas and panoramic views of the surrounding area. There’s also a residents’ lounge on the ground floor. The terrace occasionally hosts a small bar on warmer evenings, which adds a relaxed social vibe.

The neighbourhood has everything you need: shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, a large cinema and a smaller independent one. There are several gyms nearby too.

If you’d like, I offer a plant-based menu for meals and a relaxing massage that combines traditional techniques with reiki energy work.
