Congress House is just 1-1/2 blocks from the main drag in town. From the front door, all the town has to offer is just steps away -- but far enough from the bustle to allow you privacy.

The Town of Bath is a place of contrasts -- lots of history, interesting things to do and see, quirky shops, culinary delights, and a small but vocal LGBTQ+ community that is very supportive of our guests.

The Town of Bath (the heart of Berkeley Springs) was established in 1776. George Washington owned property here. There is a town museum with lots of interesting history and a very popular bath house that has existed in one form or another for hundreds of years (reserve ahead -- it's often booked up). Berkeley Springs boasts a warm spring that flows at 74.3F year round. Native Americans frequented this special place before European settlers arrived.
