Beautiful, comfortable apartment directly on the beach in a 4* hotel

Please review our House Rules. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these rules. - We are private owners renting out a fully equipped apartment at the “Le Tahiti by Pearl Resort” hotel. - Two access passes to the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness center are provided for two people for the duration of your stay. These facilities are owned and operated by the hotel. In the event that access to one or more of these facilities is completely or partially unavailable due to a technical, health-related, or other issue, no refund, financial compensation, or other form of compensation will be provided. - The person who made the reservation must be present during the stay. - The number of people in the apartment must match the number of people listed on the reservation. No additional guests may stay in the apartment. If one or more of these conditions are not met, the stay will be canceled without a refund. The tenant must request in writing from the owner permission to accommodate additional guests or allow them to visit for the day. This request may be granted on the express condition that the total number of people in the apartment does not exceed the apartment’s maximum capacity, which is 6 people. - Our apartment is located right on the beach, in a vast tropical garden. Nature is everywhere, and lush thanks to the tropical climate. There are beautiful flowers, but also a few harmless insects. The residence is treated for insects and mosquitoes on a very regular basis. Insecticides are also available to our guests in the apartments. However, in rare cases, a few ants, a gecko (a small, harmless lizard), a few mosquitoes, or one or more garden cockroaches may enter the apartment. No refund or financial compensation may be claimed and will not be owed if this were to occur. - The tenant agrees not to flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, and not to dispose of any objects, sand, or food scraps in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink(s), shower, or bathtub drains; otherwise, the tenant will be liable for the costs incurred to repair such fixtures. - Our apartments are non-smoking. Vaping or smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside, on the outdoor landing. - The apartment must be returned in a clean condition, with basic cleaning completed (dishes washed and put away, trash emptied into the trash room, and floors clean). Cleaning fees do not include the removal of grease, food, or beverage stains from the sheets, and/or the sofa, and/or the armchairs, and/or the curtains. A deduction from the ******** may be made if stain removal is necessary. - In the event of urgent repairs in the apartment, the tenant will grant access to the apartment without reimbursement or financial compensation. Please respect the peace and quiet of the residence. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited; noise disturbances will not be tolerated.
