Quiet secluded waterside accommodation

I had a wonderful stay with James and Martin. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and truly appreciated the warm and comfortable atmosphere they created. It felt less like staying somewhere new and more like being at home. I'm very grateful for their hospitality and would happily stay with them again. Highly recommended!

It's impossible not to fall in love with Martin, James and their home. The home is beautiful with stunning views across the harbour. The guest suite is spotless, comfortable and the hot tub was a real treat. The hosts are the real highlight and we can't thank them enough for their hospitality, restaurant recommendations, local knowledge and company. James and Martin make sure that you depart as new friends and we couldn't recommend staying with them more.

This is a really beautiful home, with fantastic views across Poole Harbour. The accommodation is spotless, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a small lounge and access to the garden and hot tub plus a lovely fresh continental breakfast. I arrived as a guest and left as a friend. Martin and James are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I could not praise them more. Thank you boys for a perfect stay. Martin xx

James and Martin were welcoming friendly hosts to their clean modern home. It is in a lovely location overlooking the water and the guest suite is perfect. They are a lovely friendly couple and it was great to spend time with them and the morning breakfast was plentiful and varied. Communication great with advice on where to park. The hottub and clothing optional element are the icing on the cake. Highly recommended, my only regret is only staying one night, I'd love to return.

Martin and James were wonderful hosts. Their home is very clean, well organized, and beautiful. They have a phenomenal view of the water, and a lovely garden. The room had more than enough space, and privacy. This was my first time using a site like this and it was wonderful.

A welcome stay just a pity the weather didn't play along.

7 stars! A fantastic stay. It was a real pleasure to meet James and Martin: they're lovely men, like meeting new good friends. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean throughout and my rooms were perfect, comfortable and quiet: I slept well. Big bonuses are the jacuzzi, gym, pretty garden, terrace and spectacular view of the bay, and delicious plentiful breakfast spread. This is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay and unwind with kind hosts. And perfectly located for easy access to Poole, Studland and into Bournemouth, or for exploring the beautiful Isle of Purbeck. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived James and martin was very welcoming, gave us tips about the area and even booked us a dinner at a place they knew not far from them which was amazing. The house is spotless and very stylish. Hot tub was beautiful and so relaxing. The bed was super comfy had a greats night sleep. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a lot to choose from. We will definitely stay with James and Martin and again the views out from the balcony is beautiful and it's a very quiet area.

10/10 experience. The couple is adorable and the house is beautiful. They were helpful all the time and the breakfast was delicious. The luxury bathtub for the late eve was perfect before going to bed. They made me feel welcomed in his fabulous home. Everything is better than the pictures and I highly recommend to stay with them anytime.
