We’re proud to offer one of Cabuya’s only beachfront tiny artistic home, a peaceful, private retreat where the ocean is at your doorstep and the jungle surrounds you. Wake up to the sound of waves and howler monkeys, spot parrots, capuchins, iguanas, and hummingbirds from your hammock or lounge chair, and during whale season, you might even see humpbacks offshore. Every morning begins with spectacular sunrises over the Pacific, and every day brings close encounters with Costa Rica’s incredible wildlife. The home is thoughtfully designed for up to 4 guests, with A/C, fast WiFi, a full bathroom, washer, and hammocks and lounge chairs facing the sea. You’ll enjoy the perfect mix of comfort and wild beauty, just a short walk to Cabo Blanco Reserve, a 7-minute drive to Montezuma waterfalls, and 30 minutes from Santa Teresa. Whether you're here to unplug, explore, or work remotely with an ocean view, this is a truly unique place to experience the pura vida lifestyle. We’re David (from Canada) and Merve (from Turkey), and we feel incredibly lucky to now call Costa Rica home. After falling in love with the natural beauty and peaceful rhythm of Cabuya, we decided to plant roots here, right on the beach, where the jungle meets the ocean. Merve is a visual artist and illustrator who offers art healing sessions for adults in our garden, as well as fun and creative art activities for kids. Both of us also love to cook. Merve is especially known for her delicious Turkish dishes (don’t miss out on her famous Turkish breakfasts!), and David brings local flavor with his Costa Rican-style gallo pinto. Be sure to taste the unique flavors coming from our kitchen during your stay. We genuinely enjoy hosting because it gives us the chance to share the magic of this place with others.
