2. Overnight Guests
If you'd like to have an overnight guest, that's fine—but please ask advance so we can keep track for everyone's safety and comfort.
3. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house or conservatory. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
4. Noise & Other Occupants
Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Be mindful that this is a quiet residential neighbourhood, and you are sharing the house with others. Please be considerate of their need for rest.
5. Cleanliness & Your Room
Your Bedroom: Please leave your private room in a clean and tidy condition on check-out.
