**Noise, Neighbours & Community:** Please respect our lovely neighbours by keeping noise levels low at night and avoiding slamming doors. Residents in the building are friendly, respectful, and considerate of one another, and we kindly ask guests to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the building during their stay. **Shoes:** Please remove shoes in the hallway and feel free to enjoy the spa slippers provided. **Air Conditioning:** When using the air conditioning, please keep windows and balcony doors closed for best performance. Internal doors can also be closed to cool the space more quickly. Please do not move the AC unit, as it is connected to a fixed vent. **Mishaps & Maintenance:** If anything is accidentally damaged, not working as expected, or requires attention during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help. **Visitors:** Guests are welcome to have friends or family visit during reasonable hours; however, overnight visitors who are not included in the booking are not permitted.
