This NEST studio is welcoming, cozy, and fully equipped, offering the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Whether you’re staying short-term or long-term, you’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with quick access to London’s vibrant life. Directions & Transport • The nearest Underground stations are Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line, ~15 min walk) and Wood Green (Piccadilly Line, with a short bus ride to the flat). • From Wood Green, you can also take buses towards Enfield — it’s just a few stops to the flat. • The nearest Overground station is Bowes Park, about a 10-minute walk away. • These connections provide fast links to central London. 🚗 Parking: Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the property. The TV is already connected to the Internet. You will also find the Wi-Fi details and codes provided here and in the welcome folder. • The kitchen is fully equipped. If you notice anything missing, please let us know. • Important: When using the electric hob: • Always stay inside the flat while it is in use. Please use the communal kitchen for the oven and hob. In your kitchenette, you’ll find all your utensils, pans, plates, and everything else you need. Your kitchenette is fully self-contained for preparing meals. Heating To adjust the heating, please use the remote control located next to the Whitely room. WIFI fibre connection is in the Nest room, at the bottom of the wardrobe. Please pay attention not to damage it. Fire Safety • A fire extinguisher and a fire blanket are available in the communal kitchen. • Please familiarize yourself with their location in case of emergency. Please switch of the electric from main in case of electrical fire The main electric power is next to the master lock room key collection area. Waste & Recycling • In your kitchenette you will find one bins: Outside the building, you will find: • Blue container → recycling only. • Black bin → general rubbish (must be in a black bin bag). Thank you for helping us keep the flat safe and tidy. House Rules • No smoking inside the flat or at the entrance pathway (£500 fine). Smoking only allowed on the street. • No parties or gatherings (£50 fine for noise disturbance; £500 fine for unauthorized guests). • No additional guests may be brought to the flat or house without prior approval. (£500 fine). • Do not move or rearrange furniture (£500 fine). • Quiet hours after 10:00 PM to respect neighbors. • Last use of washing machine: 7:00 PM. • Please ventilate when cooking foods with strong smells. • CCTV camera installed at the entrance for safety and security.
