The Old Ale House , perfect private party house.

The Old Ale House is in a rural location with a fery private garden. The house has been fully renovated to a modern standardvwith lots of original features maintained. We have 5 bedrooms , a piano room, and a pool room, with a full size table. The huge kitchen looks out onto the private courtyard garden. Accross the courtyard is a self contained unit with a downstairs bedroom a further kitchen and its own shower room, and a sitting room. You will need transport as Lyng is served by a bus only once a day, but with the great pub and village shop and cafe who wants to travel. We are a gay couple and have a small barn conversion next door. where we reside when the house is let.
