We hope your stay will be comfortable, relaxing and special. This guide contains all the information you need to make the most of your visit. General Information - Address: Juan Diaz, Panama (Ask our hosts for the exact location). - Check-in: From 2:00 p.m. until 11:59 p.m. - Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m. - Check-in between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. is not allowed. Access and Security - Entrance to the apartment: Whenever possible, we deliver the keys personally. If we are not available, we will send you a code for autonomous access. To do this, ring the doorbell upon arrival and we will give you instructions. - Keys: If a physical key is delivered and lost, a $15 replacement fee will be charged. - Metal door: Please keep it locked at all times to prevent cats on the property from getting out. - Security cameras: Outside areas only, for added security. There are no cameras inside the apartment. House Rules - No pets or children under 12 years old are allowed. - No parties or unregistered visitors are allowed. - Any damage to furnishings or misuse of space must be reported. - Violations carry a minimum penalty of $20. - After 10:00 p.m., low volume is required. Party penalty: $300. Don't forget to read Casa Arad's complete rules in the app. TV Usage: - To watch Amazon Prime or Netflix (Guest profile): 1. Turn on the TV. 2. Select HDMI 1 or 2 (depending on whether the Amazon Stick is connected). 3. Use the small control on the Amazon Stick. - To watch live channels (IPTV): 1. Log in to the IPTV app from the TV menu. 2. Use the TV remote control to navigate. - Sound: You can control the sound bar with the Samsung Small Controller or directly from the TV. Use of Appliances - Stove: Please clean the stove after use. - Washing Machine: Includes one free use. Additional uses are $15. - Available: Refrigerator, microwave, stove and our tea and coffee spot. - Important: Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the room. Toiletries - Out of respect for other guests, please use only toiletries that are marked with the Casa Arad logo. If you need more, just contact us.
