Perfect for medium to long term stays located between Umhlanga and Umdloti in the north of Durban. The two bedroom apartment has excellent 24 hour security and back up power during power cuts. The unit is a great nomad work space or a family getaway with 24 hour gated security, a convenient checkers supermarket in the complex, and is close to beaches, the Umhlanga town centre, King Shaka International airport. The space The apartment is fitted and fully equipped with critical appliances. For indoor entertainment, the apartment has unlimited WIFI internet and a 55 inch smart TV. Guests have access to two basement parking bays.

The complex is highly secure with biometric controller access, cameras in public spaces and 24 hour security guards.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining area and living space which extends onto a private terrace. The kitchen is completely equipped with a range of appliances including a drip coffee machine, toaster, microwave and oven. There is also a workspace and back up power for limited home office interruptions during electricity black outs/loadshedding . The main bedroom has an extra length queen sized bed with ensuite whilst the second bedroom has two single beds (can be joined to form a double on request). All rooms have ducted air conditioning. The unit comfortably accommodates 4 people.

Ocean Dune amenities There is a swimming pool and a communal deck splash pool with incredible views of the ocean. Other common use areas include a communal deck and a kids jungle gym. A forest walk to Umdloti beach is also accessible from the complex. A quick 5 minutes on the M4 and you are in the heart of Umhlanga or Umdloti - both have excellent shopping and dining options. Also Located just 10km from the airport. Guest access The complex offer excellent access to the airport, Umhlanga and easily connect to the city via the N2 or M4 highways. Guests have access to the swimming pools in the complex and there is a checkers supermarket right outside your door!

A laundromat and a café are also in the complex. Other things to note Please remember to carry a form of identification (identity card or passport) in order for security to provide you access into the complex.

For long-term stays (four weeks and above), we provide R2000ZAR (100 euro) per month for electricity; anything exceeding this amount is paid by the guest.
