Ensure all battery-operated candles are switched OFF immediately after use (before leaving the unit or going to sleep) to save the batteries for the next guest. Quiet Hours: We ask that you be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment. Security & Access Key Safety: PLEASE ALWAYS TAKE THE KEY WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE! The door automatically locks. Guests are responsible for the key during their stay. A fee will be charged for lost keys or lock-out assistance. Security Disclosure: For the safety of the complex, exterior security cameras monitor common areas: the main gate, parking lot, and hallways leading to the units. These cameras are managed by the complex and do not view the inside of the apartment or your private balcony/patio. Maximum Guests: The unit has a maximum capacity of 5 guests (including all visitors). Before Departure (Checkout at 10:00 AM) Towels: Place all used towels in a single pile on the bathroom floor. Ambiance: Ensure all lights and all battery-operated candles are switched OFF. Windows & Doors: Ensure all windows are closed and securely locked. Key & Lockbox: Use the key to LOCK the unit door, then immediately place the key back in the lockbox.
