Pacifico L218 is a three-bedroom condo that overlooks one of the sparkling swimming pools in Pacifico, a newly renovated condo community near Playas del Coco with resort-style amenities and access to a high-end beach club. From the third floor, this condo offers sweeping views of the lush mountains and palm trees in and around El Coco.

This condo features a chic, stylish design and an open-concept floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable suede sectional and an armchair, as well as beautiful wood furniture, including a coffee table, end tables, and an entertainment center situated below a flat-screen TV. The room is decorated with modern artwork and decor and has a sliding glass door that opens onto a covered balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table.

The kitchen features granite countertops and a wraparound breakfast bar that seats six. The kitchen is well-lit, with two large windows, and features high-end wood cabinets and drawers as well as stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also sits next to a circular dining table that can seat six.

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a sliding glass door leading to a private covered balcony overlooking the pool. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, wood cabinets and drawers, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and lots of closet space, and the third bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have beautiful wood furniture and share a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The entire unit can sleep seven guests between the three bedrooms and the air mattress that can be inflated in the living room.

As a guest at Pacifico L218, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security.

You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.

This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request. This condo comes with a designated parking spot and can be accessed via a staircase, as there is no elevator in the building.

Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back.

Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies.

There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave! Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
