Punta Plata 510 is a gorgeous ground-floor condo with quick access to a sparkling lap pool, surrounded by tropical foliage in a lush, well-maintained condominium community. Located on Playa Flamingo’s North Ridge, this two-bedroom condo overlooks Potrero Beach and Flamingo Beach, as well as the new Flamingo Marina, a prime location for sailing, catamaran rides, and fishing charters.

This 655-square-foot (61 m2) unit features an open-concept living space, with a cozy living room next to a massive sliding glass door that leads out to the covered patio, furnished with an outdoor couch, chair, and a barbecue grill. The patio offers stunning views of the ocean and mountains in Playa Flamingo and offers direct stairway access to a secluded beach.

The newly updated kitchen features a stylish design with high-end wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a subway tile backsplash. The kitchen offers a wraparound breakfast bar with three barstools and stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. The unit also includes a washer and dryer and a dining table for four near the kitchen.

This condo can sleep five guests in two bedrooms. The bright, inviting master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and two windows. The second bedroom has a large closet and a bunk bed with a queen and a single mattress. The two bedrooms share a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
