-The apt has a max occupancy of 4 people, this is the max allowed, including guests. So, if you are two renting the apt, you can only have two guests visiting at any given time. -You're free to use the pool antyme within the opening hours. If you want to use the hot tub, chaise lounge area or yoga room, please let me know to check for availability and book them for you -FYI: There s a maximum of 8 hottub bookings allowed per month per apt, so we have to spread these among all guest booked that month, so an average of 2 hottub bookings a week -Lima is a loud and chaotic city. Even with sound proof windows some noise is to be expected. If your looking for 0 noise, Lima might not be the place for you. -Lima is also a very humid city, with 80% to 90% humidity most days, and you can sometimes feel it in the air and your clothes. There s an air purifier in the apt, but even then you might still feel the humidity in the air, which has nothing to do with mold. -This is a residential building, no parties or heavy drinking is allowed.
