Welcome to your cozy home base in the heart of Andersonville, one of Chicago’s most loved gay neighborhoods! This thoughtfully designed and newly renovated studio is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who wants to enjoy local charm with easy access to the city.
My studio comes with private entrance and keyless entry. One block from Clark street where you'll find (M)andersonville's best gay bars and retail. Plenty of free street parking available and just a .5 mile walk from the Berwyn redline station. We're an easy walk to Hollywood gay beach.
This entire unit is yours, with private entrance. Clothing optional, close to the bars. Come and go as you please.

Andersonville is one of Chicago's best neighborhoods and is certainly my favorite LGBT neighborhood. It's a quick walk from my place to some of the best gay places in this city on Clark street. I recommend planning a few hours to just stroll the street and stop in whatever store fronts pique your interest. Below are a few of my favorite places to stop in.

1. Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. Early check in or late check out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated check out time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
3. Smoking and vaping of any kind are not allowed on the property, including outside shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
4. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
5. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. daily. This is a quiet neighborhood and we have close neighbors. We kindly ask that you be considerate of our neighbors at all times.
6. No more than two overnight guests. I'm not worried if you pick someone up at the bar and take them home, but please be respectful of noise as I live right upstairs.
7. Please do not bring any glitter, confetti, or feathers into the space, they are all very difficult to clean up.
8. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
9. Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
10. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys (if issued during stay).
11. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to us through misterb&b messaging. Unreported damages will be deducted from the ********.
12. Guests may be required to provide ID via misterb&b messaging. Reasons for the request may be but are not limited to: The booking is a "last minute booking request", guests are locals, hosting an event or if there is any concern of fraud.
