Great attic space in a brand new house. Host resides in the house in a separate bedroom, but the attic space, where you'd stay, is open area on the attic level and joined with the living area on the ground floor. You would have the whole attic space to yourself. Clothing optional accepted. Atlantic Ocean is 20 minute walk away (5 minutes by car). I am happy to take you there on a short hike or swim, if you are up for it.
