Utilities - Water and weekly professional cleaning are included. - Electricity is prepaid; guests purchase tokens based on their own usage. - High-speed Wi-Fi is already installed; guests simply top up the subscription plan that best suits their needs. Visitors - Visitors are welcome provided they comply with building security procedures and respect the residential environment.
