The space
As you enter Casa Nico you will be greeted with a bubbling fountain, bar nook with wine cooler and gourmet kitchen ready for inspired meals or simply relaxing aperitifs with hors d'oeuvres. You will step out to the central patio furnished with traditional Acapulco chairs for relaxation while planning your day or evening. Through the patio find a cozy living room with a long leather couch for lounging in front of the TV and fireplace during the cooler months. Open the accordion glass walls to have the dining table open to the outdoor patio for a feeling of al fresco dining surrounded by plants.
The second floor has two split en suite bedrooms carefully decorated with touches of Mexican tiles and textiles. Each room has bath robes for the shower or plunge pool. There are end table light USB charging stations and a TV in each room. The third ensuite bedroom is located on the third floor with all the same amenities.
All three bedrooms and the roof top terrace are connected by outdoor stairways and walkways that circle the central courtyard. The roof top terrace has comfortable lounge seating around a gas fire pit next to a heated plunge pool with wall fountain. Enjoy views of the many church steeples and hot air balloons from the terrace.
At night Casa Nico lights up beautifully with the carefully thought out lighting along the walkways, stairs and outdoor lounging areas.
