🏡 House rules

🚭 Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the paths.
- You can do it only on the terrace.
👉 Please ******** cigarette butts in the trash cans.

🐾 Pets
- Pets are welcome only with prior approval.
- Only dogs and cats are allowed
- Must be kept on a leash outside the house
- Pick up their waste and dispose of it in the garbage can
- Are not allowed on beds or furniture.
- Must have current vaccinations (including rabies).
- The guest is responsible for their behavior and well-being

Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by the guest.

👥 Capacity and visitors
- The property has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
- No external visitors not registered in the reservation are allowed.

🏊 Pool and river
- Shower before entering the pool (to remove sunblock).
- Do not eat or drink inside the pool or in the river pools.
- Children should always be supervised by an adult
- No running in wet areas, trails or riverbanks

👉 These measures help maintain safety and the ecosystem.

🌿 Nature

To preserve the environment:
- Do not remove plants or interact with wildlife.
- Avoid leaving garbage in outdoor areas.

🕸 Mallas (second floor terrace)
- Maximum capacity: 3 people per net (300 kg).
- Do not wear shoes
- Do not eat or drink on the nets
- No jumping or playing

Children must be supervised at all times.

🧼 Cleaning and care
- We invite you to care for the property as if it were your own.

An additional charge of $50 USD will apply if the property is left in an unusually dirty condition, such as:

- Excessive trash
- Improper use of towels (makeup, cleaning, shoes)

🚿 Toilet use
- Do not flush toilet paper or other materials down the toilet.
👉 Use the trash can to avoid blockages.

🔐 Security and egress.
- There are no security cameras on the property (total privacy).
When leaving:
- Close doors and windows.
- Turn off lights
- Turn off water faucets
