The room is large, light-filled, and properly comfortable - big bed, great natural light, and a fully private ensuite that’s entirely yours. No sharing, no awkward morning queues.
The rest of the flat is yours to use too, including a full kitchen, so you can actually cook like a human being.
But here’s the thing that gets people every time: the view.
We’re high up, and on one side you’ve got Canary Wharf glittering in the distance. On the other, Blackhorse Road and it’s genuinely beautiful - especially during sunsets and at night.
The neighbourhood
E17 is one of those places people discover and then quietly tell their friends about. Walthamstow Village is a 20-minute walk - independent restaurants, brilliant breweries, and the kind of neighbourhood energy that hasn’t been polished to death yet. Lloyd Park is just up the road. The wetlands are stunning and very walkable. And if you haven’t been to the Unicorn Forest yet - well. Go in summer. You’ll see why it has a reputation. 😏
For nights out, Leyton and Blackhorse Road is your playground. Although Soho Theatre which is 10min walk is where you’ll find the creative, queer-friendly, brilliantly odd crew.
The area has one of the most vibrant LGBTQ+ scenes in East London without any of the tourist tax.
Getting around
St James Street station is literally a 3-minute walk. Overground to Liverpool Street in under 15mins. Walthamstow Central/Blackhorse Road is also nearby for the Victoria line straight into the City.
You’re connected without feeling like you’re in it - which, frankly, is the whole point.
Your host
I’m friendly, I know this area well, and I’ll give you space to do your thing. If you want recommendations I’m happy to share - I know the good stuff.
If you’d rather just get on with it, that’s absolutely fine too.
Come for work, come for play, come for both. Just come :)

The hosts took the time to best showcase their accommodation. Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest!Welcome, and thanks for choosing to stay. This is a genuinely inclusive, queer-friendly home and I want you to have a great time - just a few things to keep things working smoothly for everyone.
Noise & neighbours
Please keep noise levels down after 10pm. We’re in a high-rise with neighbours on all sides and I’d like to keep it that way. Music, laughter, and a good time are all very welcome before then - just be mindful once it gets late.
Smoking
No smoking inside the flat please. You’re welcome to smoke on the balcony and honestly the view makes it worth it.
Visitors
Happy to discuss guests visiting - just message me in advance and we’ll figure it out. Unannounced visitors aren’t cool.
Pets
Got a furry companion? Drop me a message before booking and we’ll have a chat. Not an automatic no.
Check-in & check-out
I’m flexible on check-in - just let me know your timings and we’ll make it work. Check-out is strictly by 1pm please, no exceptions. If you need a late check-out, message me in advance and I’ll do my best, but I can’t always ******** it.
General vibe
Treat the space with respect, leave it roughly how you found it, and we’ll get along brilliantly. This is my home and I’m trusting you with it- that means a lot to me.
