Enjoy a comfortable stay in my modern new-build home in West Parley, just a 15-minute drive from Bournemouth's beaches, town centre, restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
You'll have your own private bedroom with a king-size bed, desk workspace, and plenty of storage, making it ideal for both short stays and longer visits. Guests also have exclusive use of a private bathroom (not en-suite).
The kitchen and living area are shared spaces, offering a relaxed environment to cook, unwind, or plan your day. You're also welcome to enjoy the garden during the warmer months.
The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional downstairs toilet, providing plenty of space and privacy. An allocated off-road parking space is also available for guests.
Located in a quiet residential area of West Parley, the property offers easy access to Bournemouth, Christchurch, the New Forest, and is just a 5-minute drive from Bournemouth Airport.
For beach lovers, Bournemouth's award-winning coastline is nearby, while Studland Beach and its famous naturist section can be reached in around 30 minutes by car. Whether you're visiting for a seaside break, local events, work, or simply to explore Dorset, you'll find a clean, comfortable, and welcoming base for your stay.
