There are several gay nightclubs and bars within four blocks, a five-story gym with a pool and solarium right across from the building, and the Barcelona LGBT Center in the building next door, which offers a full schedule of LGBT cultural events. Plus, you can easily visit Barcelona’s tourist areas and the surrounding region, thanks to three different metro stations—all less than three blocks away—and five bus stops less than two blocks away, so you can easily get wherever you want to go. If you like biking, there are bike docking stations (both the public Bicing system and private ones like Donkey Republic, Volt, and others) all on the sidewalk within the building’s block, so you won’t even have to cross the street. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants at every price point, outdoor dining areas, hair salons, and more are located in every direction surrounding the building. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped (ranging from knives and utensils that are nearly professional-grade in both quality and variety to an air fryer, pressure cooker, juicer, electric rice cooker, etc.).
