Clubs and gay bars less than 4 blocks away (several), 5-storey gym with pool and solarium in front of the building, LGBT center of Bcn in the building next door with full LGBT cultural agenda. Also you can visit the tourist areas of Bcn and surroundings very easy to have 3! different subway stations less than 3 streets away all of them, and 5 bus stops less than 2 streets so you can connect to where you want to go easily. If you like to ride a bike, you have bike stops (both public Bicing and private Donkey Republic, Volt and others) all on the sidewalk of the building so you don't even have to cross the street. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants of all prices, terraces, hairdresser and others in all directions surrounding the building.
If you like to cook the kitchen is super equipped (from knives and utensils almost of professional level and variety to air fryer, pressure cooker, juice extractor, electric rice cooker, etc...).
And if you need moments of broadband connection we have dedicated fiber 1 GB with 3 repeaters despite not being a very large floor so that in every corner you have wifi at maximum speed (either for a work call or for streaming UHD movies).
