Stay in this bright and modern duplex apartment with great views, located in a quiet area near Elliðaárdalur, one of Reykjavik’s top outdoor recreation areas. Reykjavik centre is just a 10-minute drive away. Free parking is included.
Perfect base for nature and city access.
The space This 100 m2 (1,100 ft2) condo is spread over two floors, offering generous space and privacy.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, balcony, and guest toilet. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. It also has a private entrance.
Other things to note The property enjoys great views from both the south and north sides, overlooking the city’s green spaces and Mount Esja.
It is also just a 5-minute walk from the Árbær Open Air Museum and the Höfuðstöðin Art Centre.
