Not a managed rental - it's my home :-)

You'll have a spacious double bedroom with your own private bathroom - the house is bright, with a balcony looking out over the trees. There's a projector for movie nights, a cozy living room to unwind in, and even a vinyl player if you're into music (my favorite one is Sade). You may also meet my friendly flatmate who's out mostly during the day.

Also full kitchen, washer & dryer, fast 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi, fresh linen, towels & toiletries included.

Well, it is definitely a lovely and welcoming place ❤

- 3 min to the main metro line - 30 min to the airport - easy street parking - lots of supermakets, restaurants, coffee places and gyms nearby - flexible check-in and check-out whenever possible

Last but not least: did you know my neighborhood Arroios was named the coolest IN THE WORLD?
