Hola! I’m costarican & I’ve worked in hospitality most of my life, I currently run my business "Casa Taupe " in the only Blue Zone in the country & surrounded by beautiful beaches, in lovely Puerto Carrillo, Guanacaste .
Many activities to be done in the area, such as diving, surfing, snorkeling, turtle watching, etc; or just enjoy the beautiful beaches like I do; I also like a little exercise sometimes, gardening in the dry tropical forest, cooking inspired food recipes with local ingredients, Peruvian cuisine been my new obsession & speak French whenever possible. ¡Oui!, j’adore le français !

A great pleasure to meet Roberto and enjoy his hospitality. Lovely room with a mega-bed placed in the middle of the room. Modern, spacious bathroom and shower facilities. Shared terrace on the edge overlooking a wooded area with a view over a small valley.

We had a great stay. Place was modern, clean and new. Host Roberto was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs without being intrusive. When invited was great company. Cooks a mean Costa Rican breakfast for a minimal charge. We recommend him without reservation.
