Sunny Villa 5 minutes from Beach 19 by HOST-POINT

Enjoy the privacy of this family villa with three bedroom (sleeps 8) located in a quiet area next to the natural landscape of the fossil cliffs of Fonte da Telha, 5 minutes from the beaches (20 minutes walk) and 20 minutes from Lisbon by car or bus.

You will have access to all common areas, facilities and equipment like in your own home. The house has stove, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, TV and free Wi Fi. Outside there are lawn areas, swimming pool, barbecue, pergola with dining table and lounge chairs. Also have some supermarket products for the first few days.

The villa is in a very quiet area near the fossil cliffs of the Fonte da Telha where there is an extensive maintenance track where you can enjoy nature, stunning views over the sea or even walk for 20 minutes to the beach. There is also a gym with daily paid access, several gourmet cafes, hairdressers, spas and supermarket. The Costa de Caparica, with beach bars, discos, themed restaurants and bars is a 10 minute drive and a 5 minute drive are 20 km of sunny beach with golden sand that lead to more isolated beaches, with greater privacy and nature , including the naturist Belavista and Meco. The capital, Lisbon, is a 20 minute drive. We love the privacy of the outdoor areas and to be in a walking distance from the beach without having to spend hours in the chaotic traffic of the summer.

We will welcome you personally, introduce you to the house, the nearest points of interest and give you some local suggestions. We live and work close by so we are always available to answer questions or socialize over dinner or an afternoon beach whenever we are invited and work permits.

Not included in the price, we can provide you with other services: transfers to and from the airport, cleaning the house, taking care of laundry, babysitting, breakfasts, lunches or dinners served in your holiday home, snacks for the beach, surprise reception (romantic, etc.), tours in the area, rental car and bikes. We can also help with mixed holiday with a few days in Lisbon and the other on the beach.
