Private and relaxing room in a charming house by the Golden Gate Park. Come and experience San Francisco in a relaxing area of the city without being away from it. Having the amazing Golden Gate Park only two blocks from the house, the neighborhood has always a nature smell, day and night. Experience all the amazing and diverse activities that the Golden Gate Park offers. The house offers: Living room with a big TV station, large and modern kitchen, dining room, patio, garden with beautiful seating area. Upstairs we have YOUR room, with one double bed looking to the front and into the garden, your room has one big closet, a white cabinet and two comfortable chairs to relax in your room. Also, upstairs is the big shower room (Shower, steam room and a faucet), and a small separate bathroom (toilet). Our room and one more extra room are also upstairs.

The house located two blocks from the Golden Gate Park. Being bigger than the Central Park in New York City, the GGP is a gem that holds so many wonderful attractions; the Academy of Sciences, the De Young museum, the Japanese tea garden, conservatory of flowers, the botanical gardens, the windmills, lakes, stadiums, concert venues, soccer fields, etc.
Three blocks from the house we can also find the so diverse Clement street, where you can find amazing restaurants, cafes, art studios, shops, etc. We are also 10-minute ride to the Castro, 10 min ride to the Golden Gate Bridge, 15 min ride to downtown and SOMA, and 25 minutes ride to the airport. There are several 24 hrs. bus lines passing by and near the house. If you use any ride apps such as LYFT or Uber, they work very well all over San Francisco and bay area.

We are genuinely happy to share our house with you. Our only rule is for you to have common sense, so please be considerate to us, to other guests, and our neighbors. We cannot allow pets because we already have pets and we don't want to disturb their peace. We have a lovely Chihuahua-Terrier adult little dog called Milo and an even more lovely Siamese cat named Rosa. The pets go into the common areas, but do not go into your room. You can also watch TV or movies in the living room anytime you want or listening to music, but always be considerate to others. Visitors could be allowed if we talk about it before showing up, but not to sleep over. No parties or anything that compromises the well-being of other guests, tenants and/or neighbors. Smoking is only allowed in the garden, but it has a very nice and comfortable seating area. Our common-sense policy also means that if you cook in the kitchen, please clean after yourself, when using the shower room, please clean after yourself. If you need anything in the house at any given point, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
