What a beautiful peaceful location in a delightful period cottage with immense charm & character and with a very comfortable bedroom We also thoroughly enjoyed our visits to the Abbey & gardens and the harbour quay .Also just a wonderful place to unwind in the garden .Nigel and Jonathan were charming hosts and I loved our chats in the kitchen. Thoroughly recommended .

We had a really lovely stay! House is lovely, location stunning, the welcome was warm, and the dogs were hilarious. Room was well equipped, cosy, and bed was comfy. Everything was very easy! We loved relaxing downstairs in the kitchen next to the aga: it was difficult to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed talking about life, dogs, gardening, and everything else with Nigel and his husband. We would love to visit again.

Warm and charming, quiet and serene. I just loved staying here. I was able to walk every morning without worrying about cars or people. The location was perfect for us. I felt right at home. Rooms are a little small and you will share two bathrooms with others but that's not an issue for us. There are so many sights close by some you can walk to. We were in the middle of everything we wanted and yet away from it all.

Had a great stay at Nigel's home, using it as a base to see some of the beautiful scenery. Wonderful home, great breakfast facilities, very comfortable bed and glorious views; and the dogs were adorable.
