You will have the whole space to yourself. Our guests will be 100% on their own and self-sufficient but we are nearby if you need anything and we're always just a phone call /text away. Enjoy the 60” TV with full cable, Wireless internet, Laundry Facilities, Full Kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, Outdoor Patio, Outdoor Grill, and more. Ask us for anything else you may wish to make your stay more comfortable.

Hillcrest and North Park are eclectic neighborhoods with a variety of restaurants, lively bars, funky boutiques and galleries. There are many parks with big open spaces to hike, mountain bike, play Frisbee golf or just relax in the sun. Balboa park and San Diego Zoo are just 5 minutes away by car or a 15 minute walk. Many beaches, Sea World and downtown are also a short drive away. This ******** is in the center a GAY MECCA San Diego!
All you need is in walking distance but the public buses and bike rentals are easily accessible so can you get you downtown or anywhere in San Diego you need to go.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The best part was the prime location, allowing me to walk everywhere effortlessly. The space was also fantastic, making me feel like I was living in my own home. The price was absolutely worth it for such an exceptional experience.

We enjoyed charming free-standing cottage down the hill behind the main house. It is cozy, private, attractively decorated, and well-maintained. Perfect for one or 2 guests. The bedroom has a double sized bed, small closet to hang items, kitchen, and bath (with good quality towels) are small but are functional. Ample storage units are provided for guests to unpack. The living room is roomy and comfortable, and has a large sectional for watching a large sized TV after a hard day sightseeing or working. We especially enjoyed scenic views from the breakfast room with a bar table and wrap-around windows, also a desk and chair. Views out over the hilly neighborhood. Birds singing. Trees and flowers in neighboring yards. Brightens the entire place and is wonderful for coffee and breakfast. There's also a small patio with cafe table and chairs by entrance. It was very easy to "check in and check out" - all through texts and Mister BnB. Hosts are very friendly and suggest places to eat, etc. No off-street parking, but we always found an on-street parking place within a half block. And the location - in the Hillcrest neighborhood - is awesome. Lots of places to eat and even grocery stores within walking distance. And the neighborhood is close to Balboa Park, Downtown, Old Town, and freeway system. All in all, a great place to call "home" for a few days in San Diego

Perfect get away spot. Close to the action but just off enough to be peaceful and quiet. Needed for nothing ! Place was clean and comfy ! Host readily available if you had any questions. Would recommend !

This is our second time staying here and we hope to be back! The location is absolutely perfect for us; walking distance to so many great things. And the place is just so clean, quiet, and lovely. We love the nice big fridge, being able to do our laundry, and the ease of access to the place. 5 stars all around.
