Only five minutes from downtown, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo and surrounded by a wide variety of fun and popular GAY attractions. It is perfect for those that want complete privacy but close to everything! This cottage has a full kitchen and private outdoor living deck for morning coffee!

Close to all the Hillcrest Gay activities, Downtown, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Gaslamp District, Convention Center, and Petco Park Baseball field. Sea World and local beaches are 10 minutes away. Walk to Public transportation, adorable gay shops and fun new gay restaurants.
60' flat screen TV with cable, WIFI, full bed, granite countertops, laundry facilities.
The kitchen has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, a stainless steel refrigerator, gas oven, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Hairdryer in bathroom. Gas grill on deck.
Walk to Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Ralph's, various gay restaurants and the heart of Hillcrest shopping. Sunday farmers market is two blocks away!
You will have the whole space to yourself. Our guests will be 100% on their own and self-sufficient but we are nearby if you need anything and we're always just a phone call /text away. Enjoy the 60” TV with full cable, Wireless internet, Laundry Facilities, Full Kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, Outdoor Patio, Outdoor Grill, and more. There are many parks with big open spaces to hike, mountain bike, play Frisbee golf or just relax in the sun. Balboa park and San Diego Zoo are just 5 minutes away by car or a 15 minute walk. Many beaches, Sea World and downtown are also a short drive away. This ******** is in the center a GAY MECCA San Diego!
All you need is in walking distance but the public buses and bike rentals are easily accessible so can you get you downtown or anywhere in San Diego you need to go.
