This peaceful, uniquely designed and decorated home gives an instant sense of relaxation and calm. The house can accommodate 6 people, or the adjacent loft style apartment can be opened up for bookings of 7 or 8 guests. The apartment can also be booked separately for just 2 guests if available

There are many lovely art pieces and paintings to enjoy throughout the house, and a spectacular garden with multiple facilities and spaces to enjoy including patio, swimming pool and wood-fired hot tub.

The bright and airy kitchen is a dream. It features a five-plate gas stove and an electric eye-level oven. There is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils, pots and pans one could possibly need.

The kitchen leads straight through to a large dining table which can seat up to eight people. This then flows to a very spacious lounge with two separate seating areas, a 40" SMART TV with high quality sound system and a bar serving space.

The home features a large master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower and double sinks. There is plenty of cupboard space and an aircon unit for hot summer days.

The comfortable second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom features two single beds. These bedrooms share a second bathroom which has a shower.

The apartment is equipped with a 40" smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious and airy loft-style bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet. There is high-speed, uncapped fibre internet connected to a UPS.

There is a washing machine available for use in a separate laundry room next to the kitchen.

Other Details to Note: • The hot tub is available by advance request only for a fee of R500.00, which includes preparation of the tub, fire wood, +/- 600 litres water, etc. Should you book the hot-tub and not use it, you are still liable for the R500 fee.

• Quiet Hours are 11pm - 7am. Any noise disturbances will not be tolerated and could lead to cancellation of your booking. The relaxed nature of the home tends to make one let one's hair down, when that happens, especially where there is alcohol involved, please let your hair down with integrity, consciousness and respect for the space.

• Extra Cleaning: The Booker will be liable for additional cleaning fee's due to a messy kitchen, burnt pots, extra dishes, stained fabrics and rugs, cleaning up after a party, late check-out, etc.

• Long-stay bookings ie. longer than 7 days are subject to a compulsory weekly general cleaning of R500.00

• Unauthorised guests: The Booker will be liable for R1000 penalty for every unregistered / unauthorised guest(s) pppn.

• Insects: Please note (especially visitors from outside of Africa), we do not regard insects as "bugs" or "pests" as these incredible creatures play a vital role in our eco-systems and although we fumigate the house every few months, it is quite normal to have insects such as mosquito's, bee's, wasps, ants, etc. around & sometimes inside the house, especially during the summer months
