The rental is less than 5 minutes' walk from small shops (bakery, butcher's and a small Loto grocery store). On the Langevin river side, walks are less than 5 minutes away by car. To get to Saint-Joseph town center, you'll need a 5-minute drive. To get to Saint-Pierre and its lagoon and beach, 25 min will be needed and 1h45 to reach the main town.

Access to the jacuzzi and swimming pool is reserved for holidaymakers according to the following schedule. The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00 and the jacuzzi from 14:00 to 21:00. The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Proper attire is required (bathing suit, swimming shorts), no swimming in street clothes (shorts, T-shirts). Pets are not allowed, and smokers are kindly requested not to smoke inside the house. Smoking is possible outside the living area.
