The apartment has its own private patio space with a garden table, garden sofa and chairs. This is the perfect spot to take in the sea air. Look out for "Lucky" our lovable mascot on the patio.

The apartment is a short walk downhill to the seaside. You will see the sea as soon as you leave the front door giving you a beautiful view all the way down to the beach.

Strictly: No smoking indoors, no pets and no more than two people staying . Adults Only. Adults Only - Due to previous guests that have abused our property and upset the neighbours, we cannot allow any birthday parties , stag or hen parties allowed of any kind in the property. If you are found to be holding a party you will be asked to leave and ******** held. We love our property and hope you do too :-) WITH RESPECT TO OUR NEIGHBOURS NOISE MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM AFTER 10.30PM. Sorry to be a bore, and many thanks in advance for keeping to these house rules.
