My apartment is on the 4th floor of a house build in 1935.
There is no elevator but don't worry - the climbing up is worth the view over the rooftops, on the lake and into the Alps.
The apartment is 100m2 and has 4 rooms (each is 20m2). One of this rooms is just waiting for you.
There is a nice balcony and two rooftop Terrassen inviting you in summer to enjoy the sun, the warm breeze and the beautiful sunset.
WHAT I OFFER:
Own bedroom, with bed sheets and towels
Shared bathroom, kitchen, living- and dinning room
OPTIONAL:
I can offer a nice BREAKFAST for the additional price of Fr. 15.- per person.
As the breakfast is the first and most important meal, we like to offer one that u will never forget again.
This includes:
- cafe / tea
- orange juice
- butter
- marmalade / honey
- cereals
- bread / croissant
- yoghurt
- cheese
- dried meat
I can also provide an optional CAR PARKING SPACE on request in my own garage. This would cost an additional Fr. 10.- per day. Please tell me early enough so I can move my car to another place.
WHAT I DO NOT OFFER:
Washing, shampoo, ironing
Guest Access:
My guests can use the whole flat and feel home. You can can use what ever is around, the most important thing is - treat them as carefully as it would be yours.
There is a nice music collection with classical music, Pop, Jazz, movie soundtracks and world music (mainly turkish, arabic and Latino)
About home cooking we have to talk first before u do.
Interaction with Guests:
I love to travel and I love even more to meet new people.
I like to give all the hospitality back to my guest which I have received myself on my travels around the word.
I would appreciate if my guests would not hide in there room. There is always time to say HELLO and for a short talk.
If my guest like - I would enjoy to have a nice talk and a delicious glass of wine with u.
My passion is cooking. If I am around and not absorbed by my work, I would enjoy to have dinner with my guests.
Other things to note:
I am working just 5 Minutes from home by foot. So the check in can be easily arranged.
But the most convenient checking time will be
Check in: at about 13:00
If later than it depends on my working timetable. As I work just 5 minutes from home, I can mostly can arrange it. The exception is only if I have a meeting.
Check out: at about 11:00
Everything can be arranged if I know it early enough and I can schedule the time

- That u wanna share the flat and that you can deal with other people around. You will not be alone, there always can be another person around. I continue with my normal life, I invite friends, I have dinner, do BBQ and sometimes a friend can stay in the flat too. I want you to feel comfortable and to be part of my life in my home.
- If you book the room for three people, accept that it will be tight, but u are welcome to share all the flat (including living, dinning and kitchen).
- ******** is based on trust. All my rooms (Kitchen, Dinning, Living, Entrance and all the cubboards) are open.
- You are entering my home as my guest and I give u all the trust and respect for all my things in my home.
- Trust me as I trust you when i am away.
- I dont need your things and I do not enter your room. This is called privacy.
- We share the home and we respect us.
Provide a clear picture of you in your profile and have ur name written with latin letters. We all wanna know with whom we are talking and how I have to call ur name.
If you do an instant booking, than write me please a short message beside the booking as a introduction of urself. A bit more than a „Hi or Hello“ would be appreciated.
Do not bring other guest at home. Only guest booked by ******** are welcomed at home.
Take off ur shoes at the entrance, don't walk with shoes in the flat.
It's a none smoking apartment. You can smoke on the balcony.
Before you start to cook, just ask for permission first. No intensive cooking please. Microwave-, Instant- prefabricated food and preparing breakfast is never a problem.
Don't eat lunch and dinner in the room. The small table is not made for it and the bed is suitable too (Snack are no problem). There are eating places in the kitchen, dinning room or balcony. Remember the whole flat is for ur use and not only the room.
Leave the common areas as you have met them. Clean the dishes, dry them with the towels at the kitchen door and put back the plates. Don't leave it just in the kitchen.
If u have messed up the mirror in the bathroom after brushing the teeth, please clean it with the towel beside the sink.
Close the shower curtain when u take a shower. Don't flood the bathroom.
Stand up for ur rights but sit down for a pee. Men pee seated.
In any case of losing, or not giving back the key, it will cost about Chf 30.- to replace it.
If you like to ******** your luggage before check-in (13:00) or after check-out (11:00), please let me know this prior your arrival, best 1-2 days before.
Check out must be made by 11:00am to allow for the final cleaning of the room and flat. For delay (not previous agreed) will be a surcharge of one night because of inconvenience and extra time for the cleaning lady.
