3 nights min. Single bedroom with a small comfortable bed (120cm wide), ideal for a single person or a young couple, and a toilet next to it for private use. Almost an entire floor for the guess. Cooking is not allowed, only the use of the microwave and the fridge. The flat is in a very quiet residential area, 10-12 mins walk from Kennington tube station, if 10-12 mins is a long walk for you, you are booking the wrong place. Quite Central, one tube stop to Waterloo and River areas with plenty of bars and cultural venues in London's heart. Stylish modern decor flat. Private roof terrace, very nice in summer. The flat is very clean and we'd like our guests to keep it that way.

Close to one of the most popular gay bar/club The Cock Tavern and 2Brewers in Clapham. 20 mins by tube to Soho, main gay area. We are half an hour walking distance from Trafalgar Square, so even though there are no major attractions right near the flat, all the sightseeing attractions are easily reachable by underground/ bus. Located in Kennington SE17 zone 2, 5 mins from busses (436, 36, 185, 159, 59, 3, 133, 333, 176, 68...), 10 mins to tube Kennington and Oval In terms of gay places, we are right in between Vauxhall and Clapham, two vibrant and popular gay areas. We are also 20 minutes away (walking + tube) from Soho. Nearby Borough Market, Brixton has an amazing Brixton Village food market with eateries with food from all over the world. We both know London very well and are always happy to help our guest with advice.

We don't walk with shoes inside the flat. We clean the shower after use removing the white squeegee all walls around the bath (glass and walls), dry the taps with a small white towel after every shower and rinse the bath to ensure the next person find it clean. Guests can use the living room, roof terrace, their private toilet and the shower upstairs. Generally cooking is not allowed but please, consult the host in case of needing to use the hub for certain cooking, mainly for health and safety, and it should be left as clean as found. Guests can use Microwave, Fridge, toaster and kettle and it should be left as clean as found.

The room was great. Carlos and Adam were wonderful. They have a nice living room and balcony, as well. I booked for 4 nights, but ended up extended it a bit.

Carlos and Adam were great. The room is clean and comfortable and the apartment is centrally located to lots of bus lines, as well as the Oval Station. Both hosts were very friendly.
