Bienvenido al Priapus en Villa Arcadia in beautiful gay-friendly San Juan del Sur. If you came this far, we want you here! San Juan del Sur's only gay owned and operated guesthouse, and one of the few in Nicaragua. We understand that we are cultural adventurers, and that budget-friendly can be beautiful and comfortable as well.
EL PRIAPUS is our largest one-bedroom suite, adjacent to the cascading pool and beautiful gardens. The room consists of one-king bed (or two twins if requested in advance), with attached private bath, hot water shower, SmartTV and air-conditioning. SJdS's most reliable high-speed WiFi included, as well as off street parking for 4 cars and 24 hour staff and security for your comfort.
Guests have full access to the remainder of the the property -- walk out your door and cool down in the sparking infinity pool, relax in the open-air living room, read a book in the afternoon shade of the yard, keep your foods fresh in the full kitchen. Breakfast included the first three nights.

Located in the Pacific Marlin neighborhood, 1 block the the exclusive La Talenguera beach of San Juan del Sur, a 10 minute walk to Cristo de La Misericordia, and pleasant stroll to downtown SJdS -- you will enjoy being in San Juan del Sur proper without being in the dust and noise of downtown.
Let Villa Arcadia be your home base for travels throughout Nicaragua. From here there are several buses daily to Granada, Managua, Ometepe (via ferry), the Costa Rica border, and all of the beaches north and south of San Juan del Sur. San Juan del Sur is the Nicaraguan mecca for surfing, yoga, arts, and, of course, parties. Plan in advance or just come and let us help you create your itinerary. You may arrive to Managua (MGA) Nicaragua or Liberia (LIR) Costa Rica, both are equidistant to SJdS. We will gladly coordinate your airport transfers by private driver.

Michael & Hyalin truly know how to give you the best stay you wish for. My stay in the room next to the pool was beyond my best expectations. From the most comfy bed to my evening dip in the pool i nonstop enjoyed everything of the tasteful decorated and beautiful lay out of the house. More so they even were willing to host some family members of mine the very very last minute. Impressed by their hospitality. The hosts totally respect your privacy but if you want any information they will be there for you. I recommend this guest house to everybody! Thank you Michael and Hyalin i hope to come back soon.
