The room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and comes with covered secure parking. It is situated in the trendy suburb of Parkhurst and is within walking distance of the lively 4th Avenue with numerous restaurants and cafes. It is 3km from the Rosebank Gautrain Station which links to Sandton.

Parkhurst 4th Avenue has many restaurants and cafes. A bit further away is Parktown North and Rosebank with many more restaurants and cafes. Rosebank has excellent art galleries. Further afield is the vibrant Maboneng, just east of the Johannesburg CBD. Braamfontein has an exciting student vibe and art galleries. There is a red bus tour around the city which takes you to places such as the Apartheid Museum, or Carlton Centre - the highest building in the Johannesburg CBD. If you have a day to spare a trip to the Pilansburg Game Reserve to see the big five animals is highly recommended.

Although I only met Vaughan on my way out, the self-check-in worked very well. The communication and directions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is impeccably clean and very comfortable, with everything to look after oneself (even an iron to get that shirt done, before the meeting). I enjoyed my time in this apartment.

The Place was very clean, modern and comfortable to stay in. Vaughan was helpful and friendly, ensuring I checked in ok. Neighbourhood was quiet with plenty places to eat a walk away, would highly recommend staying here.
