Park up for free, recharge and simply enjoy: Spa and nature from your own tiny annexe house for 2-5 guests (pics 3-4 show exclusive panoramic seaview sauna). Skylight bed, kitchen, wet room, double sofa bed. Work out, yoga or dance in ‘studio 54’- slide into your free steam room. Or go up to panoramic sea view cabin with sauna and whirlpool (£60 either option for 2 hours). Then you may also hire e-bikes, SUP/Yoga or windsurf board with access to service/fun motor boat - book 7 days+ and get 2 hrs slot from £160 (weather /playlist permitting :)
The main tiny annexe house is self-contained for your exclusive stay for your party of up to 3 guests. It comes with its own entrance tucked to rear of main block with shared front and back gardens. At top of the plot you find our sauna cabin - here we may have 2 more stay if notified and you approve / pay updated higher price. From the front you can walk down to the sea in 5 min. The top at the back of the plot borders onto East Brighton Park and the Sussex Downs National Park for long walks and magnificent views all across Brighton with only one street in-between. This is what it used to be: wild, adventurous and cheap (for all it offers :)
Live like a local tucked away with a countryside feel but with modern Spa style and still in close reach to hustle and bustle of Marina and Brighton centre with free on-street parking and electric car charging overnight from an accessible household socket 33p per kWh). E-bikes for hire, too.
Full use of all facilities within the tiny annexe house (exclusive) and you can book panoramic sauna cabin with spectacular seaviews OR small eco-/ family / friends-friendly whirlpool (£60 extra per 2hr serviced session with your own chlorine-free fresh water OR for the sauna stove oils and comforting ice cubes :) Slide into your outdoor steam room for free from your bedroom window or go around to it - for steam room just book free self service. Pool table and washing machine are free for longer stays and accessible by arrangement with main house. May also be able to offer you separate sunset cabin set apart for 2 more guests to stay (so up to 5 altogether) - just enquire with additional names and ages. Coming up from seafront, passing ‘Broadway’ avenue, shops and fishermen's cottages, up slight hill to the house. From us you can walk back down to famous Concorde 2 music club on seafront, nude beach, LGBT Kemptown and Marina in only 8 minutes with lots of restaurants, 24 hr shopping, David Lloyds gym and sea life activities.

Pool table and washing machine accessible weekly by arrangement with lovely young people in main house. There are height restrictions in the Mezzanine area and wet room and kitchenette underneath (1.85m standing) with toaster, kettle, microwave-combi oven (functions as both microwave and oven). Two people may prefer to sleep on the comfy sofabed instead but would then miss out on the skylight views :)
