Full name, date of birth, State of residency, State that issued the document and documents number, date of check-in and check-out are recorded on the Portuguese website for immigration records. + The apartment is at the second floor of a building without an elevator and the stairs are a bit steep, like in the majority of the buildings downtown Lisbon and any complaint in that regards won't be accepted + Free Parking in the street means that there is no specific parking place belonging to the property but despite downtown Lisbon, in my neighbourhood parking is free of charge and if you're coming to Lisbon by car, knowing the sorroundings, I'll do my best to help you to find a parking spot upon arrival, but this is always subject to availability. As an alternative, there's a big park with CCTV at 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment for just € 8/day. No reservation needed. + Always remember that there are Portuguese local people living in the building so please respect what basic common sense tells + Quite hours from 9pm until 8am + No smoking inside + No pets allowed + No events or parties
