Hillcrest is a very safe and friendly area with bars and restaurants all around us. With that said, we are far enough back from the main street (University Ave) where we do not hear any of the bar noise.
8-10 mins to Downtown
10 mins to Airport
10-5 mins to Beaches
5-10 mins to the Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park/museums
3-5 min to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Ralph's
Good for couples, solo, and business guests.
We have a 6 year old Saint Bernard (Cripsy). He’s a joy and loves meeting new guests/friends. He is a bit scared of other dogs after getting jumped at the dog park, so please reach out first. He’s good with little dogs, cats, and everything else. Just not so much with larger dogs (especially boy dogs and pit bulls).
Guests have access to the main bathroom. I have my own en-suite, so essentially the bathroom will be your own.
Shared areas: living room, kitchen, dining area, balcony (with a table and chairs), and the enclosed backyard.
Laundry: Detergent (Tide, Kirkland, or Arm & Hammer) and fabric softener (Downy or Kirkland) is provided.
