Comfortable double bed in a clean tidy private room which guests will have exclusive use of. I live alone and have my own separate bedroom and usually out at work in the week all day. There is free superfast wifi, tv and coffee maker and You have access to the bathroom at your convenience. My house is set in a peaceful cul de sac and is 5 mins walk from lower sydenham station with trains direct to central london including London Bridge and charing cross in just 15 minutes, victoria in 40 minutes and canary wharf and canada water in 15 minutes. There are also regular bus services a short walk away with a 24 hour bus service to Oxford street. There is allocated off street parking at front of the property. The house is very quiet and peaceful at night in a cul de sac and provides a tranquil environment to relax after a busy day. Clean Towels, bottled water and toiletries are also provided and are complimentary. There is also access to a private rear garden which you are welcome to make use of. Smoking is also permitted in the garden.

There are plenty of nice cafes and pubs within walking distance. For those who like walking there is sydenham and dulwich woods which is one of London’s few remaining nature reserves Hornimans museum and gardens and the beautiful dulwich wood house pub with its beer garden is nearby to relax with a drink after a long walk. There are plenty of gay friendly bars around here and the nearby Signal pub in forest hill also hosts a regular LGBT night until 2am which is great fun! For shopping there is a nearby sainsurys within 5 mins walking distance Stratford Westfield is just 30 minutes away by overground train.

Steve is a friendly person- Very polite and offered good solid travel advice for London However, the only issue was fridge space to be used, not a big problem in itself Given that I use the laptop at different hours, the host was very accomodating in case noise was made, so if you are a night owl and like to watch tv then this place might be for you. Be mindful there are not as many 24hour shops, though your local delivery apps will be able to cater for midnight supper

Steven is a really lovely, sweet and friendly host, who made me feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. The room is clean, tidy and is as written in his profile. Due to personal circumstances he had to leave and still trusted me in his own house and let me do whatever I've wanted. The train station is 5 min walk away with trains heading to the center on a frequently base. I would definitely recommend Steven's place to anyone! Thank you again, Steven!

Amazing. Steven is kind and very sweet. It was my first time using this platform and I feel so happy. He communicates proactively and shared all the tips for a first-time visitor. The place is clean and 15-20 minutes train ride from the city center. I strongly recommend this place.

Steven is such an incredibly warm human- he was apt in communication with instantly, and accommodated my varied time of arrival due to the traffic of the motorway! Friendly, approachable and as accommodating- he ensured that my stay was practical, offered a clean and peaceful room that was comfortable and safe.

Steven is a very nice host, easy to communicate. The room looks exactly like how it's shown on pic! Super clean, the matress smells so good. A very pleasant experience staying with Steven!
