Hi Guys, slight change in my listing now, my single room is no longer available as I’ve had to covert to home office - however I do have my large double room with huge bed and ensuite 🚾 I’m happy to share for those comfortable with that - I’m a very relaxed clean and tidy Irish guy and no I don’t snore lol 😂 - It’s a beautiful warm lovely home and I am sure you would have a lovely stay here, So please get in touch. I am happy for guest to be naked in my room on top floor of house as for other communal areas if other guy I share with who is straight is home then you’d have to be clothed in those areas if not then free to be naked there also. Though he is often not here. for those not wanting to share the room there is an option to have the entire room to yourself for a higher rate. So message guys and I look forward to hearing from you! x

The apartment is only a 2 min walk from St Margaret’s train station with fast trains to central london in 15-20mins, and there is lots of shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants only a 2-3 min walk from the apartment, and Richmond town centre and Park is only a 10/15 leisurely walk away with multiple bars, restaurants, night life, museums, Theatre, cinemas, Richmond Park, Marble hill house, Hampton court is also close by, and with loads of beautiful riverside attractions and boat trips. you can also get trains to central london (Soho) very easily in 20mins, and trains to the gay nightlife of Clapham high street in 15/20 mins also. (Great friendly fun night out) anything else just get in touch and ask away.

This is a very warm and friendly household I have taken care to make look as nice and warm and cosy as possible, So I expect all house guests to respect this fact and treat all belongings with care. There is no curfew but as we both work we would expect guests to be quiet if returning home late etc.. No smoking inside the property but you can smoke on the balcony or in the garden no problem, No pets allowed and visitor not a problem of popping by and not staying over.
