Private room with patio.

A one-night stay at Flavio's place was a nice experience. The BnB is private and well-equipped. The patio is especially enjoyable! Flavio is open, flexible and wonderfully passionate about his Jacarandas. The upside to this BnB is the proximity to the airport, but do expect planes flying over at night too.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Lisbon. The host was very friendly, and communication was excellent, quick, and always ahead of time. However, the room was not quite as described. It had a bunk bed instead of a regular bed, and so the overall space was actually quite small. Also, it is very close to the airport, so planes fly very low in this area. For people who don't like noise, this might be a problem. But if you are explicitly looking to stay close to the airport and away from the touristy places in Lisbon, Flavio's place is a good place to stay at.

I only stayed one night in Flavio's apartment. It was clean, easy to access and comfortable. As some have mentioned, the noise from planes might bother some but I slept well. Flavio was busy and so we only managed to cross paths once. I would stay here again

Flavio is a really friendly, easy going host. Very easy to talk to and an interesting guy! We had some lovely moments together. I had a key to come and go as I pleased. The place is quite small but the room is actually quite big with a bunk bed, bedside table, armchair and portable aircon (necessary for me as I was visiting during a heatwave). The patio outside is great and a lot cooler; especially in the evenings. As others have said the planes do fly quite low and it is loud... But it didn't really bother me personally! The location is great. Only about a 15 min walk from the train station and about 1km from a big Mercadona. All in all a great stay!

Flavio's place is so convenient, very close to the airport and a short train ride to the city center. Definitely recommend.

Everything was amazing. Flavio gives all the information before you get in, he has space to leave the baggage if you arrive before. If you have the chance to meet him is talktive and cute.

Flavio is a great host, offering comfortable accommodation. The location is perfect: away from the crowds but easily accessible. The noise from airplanes flying very low overhead might be a problem for light sleepers, but didn't bother me.

Flavio's room is lovely and comfortable, there is a heater, keeping the room warm all the time. Though the space is small, is well equipped with TV armchair, bunker bed and Wi-Fi. Location is a a walk from central Lisbon, and a quick bus ride to the airport, very convenient for those on transit, or looking for a place near by. Flavio friendly and helpful, respond quickly to messages and give clear instructions for check-in and check out. He also is generous to allow me an early check-in at 7 am and a late checkout time at 1 pm which is very much appreciated!
