Less than 5 minutes to the airport, only minutes from the shopping/malls, easy access to the highways, and a few minutes from the Community College. Less than 10 minutes to Uptown Saint John. Also on two bus routes. The room is fully furnished. Light breakfasts can be provided if interested(please request) Off street parking. Please be pet-friendly, we have one small well behaved dog.

Ryan has been a fantastic host and has been very helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. The room is very cosy and the bed extremely comfortable. We basically felt at home at Ryan's and his very friendly housemates made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come back and recommend his place to anyone visiting Saint John

Ryan provides a great, comfortable, clean place to stay. Coffee and breakfast was available in the morning and I was made to feel at home during my stay. It's about an easy 10 minute drive to "Uptown", the city centre. Ryan was very good at communicating before and during my visit to the city, offering many great suggestions as what to do/visit. Pride St. John was happening while I was there and Ryan was gracious enough to invite me to events and introduce me to friends in the community. Thanks Ryan :) I would recommend this listing to others.

Ryan was very friendly and helpful. We had great conversation and he helped to make Saint John memorable. The room was clean and comfortable. Ryan went above and beyond to make us welcome.

Spent 2 nights at Ryan, the house is only 5 minutes from downtown area. The room is nice and bed comfortable. Ryan was a very good host, I enjoyed our exchanges, he gave me a lot of ideas for activities and things to see in the surrounding area. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.
