About the Place

Simple apartment of origin, but well located in the Bosmar Building, in Pals Playa. It has a large communal pool and adjacent area for sunbathing and parking area (unnumbered spaces) for guests of the complex.

Distribution of the apartment: living room in which there is a double sofa bed, dining table and matching chairs, auxiliary furniture, flat screen TV; open kitchen separated from the living room by a breakfast bar and has a stove, cabinets for utensils, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker; the living room has access to a terrace with matching table and chairs, where there is an area to hang clothes; a double bedroom with double bed / two single beds and built-in closet; entering the apartment on the right hand side there is a small open space (without door) where a single bed has been placed (it is not considered as a bedroom); bathroom with shower where the washing machine is located.

It does not have air conditioning or heating; in summer fans are provided and in summer electric radiators.

STRONG POINTS OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
1) Communal swimming pool (no extra charge).
2) Free Wifi (available in high season).
3) Parking area for guests (at no extra cost).
4) Close to the beaches (only 800 meters away).
5) Near the historical center of Pals (3 km.) and the rest of the emblematic towns of the Baix Empordà.

1) Please be reminded that standard check-in times are between 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and check-out times are from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
1.a) SUPPLEMENTS FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT OUT OUTSIDE THE TIMES ESTABLISHED IN OUR ADVERTISEMENTS: customers who, for any reason (flight arrival time, etc.), arrive outside the established check-in and check-out times.) arrive outside the established check-in times (which are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.), we will be obliged to charge 10 euros for each half hour of waiting time; the same surcharge will be applied to check-outs before 8:00 a.m. (in this case, the surcharge will be 10 euros for each half hour of anticipation).
1.b) After 10:00 a.m. NO CHECK-OUTS ARE ADMITTED; this is the latest time to leave the apartment.
2) Regarding the apartments with air conditioning and heating, the meter reading will be taken at check-in and again at check-out and as long as the consumption is reasonable, no supplement will be charged, but in exceptional cases in which an abusive consumption is detected, the corresponding amount will be charged.
3) Hand soap and toilet paper are included in our rates (within the concept of cleaning and laundry fee); the apartment is delivered in a perfect state of cleanliness and therefore must be returned in the same conditions; otherwise, a supplement will be charged according to the state in which the apartment is found; sheets and towels are not included in the rate and if desired must be hired separately (see specific supplements).
4) Bed linen supplement: 15 euros per person and stay (includes 1 set of sheets and depending on the time of year also includes 1 blanket or comforter).
5) Towel supplement: 8 euros per person per stay (includes 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person).
6) Pets are accepted (up to 15 kg): in these cases a supplement of 10,00 €/day per pet is charged, with a minimum of 30 € per pet and stay. For pets weighing more than 15 kg, please consult us before formalizing the reservation and the acceptance or not of such pets, as well as the amount of supplement per day to be charged, will be decided on a case by case basis.
7) In the apartments with communal swimming pool and other common leisure areas, guests must accept and respect the rules of use of the same as provided by the Community of Owners.
8) The amount of the tourist tax is not included in the rates published on this website and therefore the amount must be paid by the customer in ******** when checking in at the apartment.
9) The clients must pay a ******** of 200,00 € on arrival, to be paid by bank ********/transfer before handing over the keys; the ******** will be returned within 7 working days after check-out.
10) In stays equal to 29 nights or more, the guest will be charged for the consumption of supplies (water, electricity, gas, etc.) accrued during their stay, and these amounts may be charged to the ******** provided by the guest.
