Meco's Village

We are located in Aldeia do Meco, a picturesque village that is unique for the liveliness and beauty it has to offer. The villa is located in a very safe and quiet area, a 5-minute drive from Meco beach, one of the best beaches in the area. Nearby there is a butcher, fishmonger, mini-market, restaurants, cafés, bars and an ATM. If you need other services, you can go to Alfarim (2 km). You can't miss Cabo Espichel (sanctuary, hiking trails and dinosaur footprints). There is a wide range of nautical activities and nature sports in the area (windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, paddle tennis, coastering, canoeing, boat trips). At the end of August, the Zimbramel honey fair is held every year in the municipality of Sesimbra. The religious festivals in honor of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, Alfarim's patron saint, are celebrated on December 26. If you're traveling with children and prefer a quieter beach, ideal for all ages, you can visit Lagoa de Albufeira, 6 km away.
