my condo is in a heavily wooded area right by Eagle Creek Park and reservoir. Plenty of hiking, kayaking, biking etc. as well as a top notch restaurant. yet only 17 minutes to Dt or the airport. quiet, peaceful but close to everything! you have your own bedroom and spa/bathroom. Garage parking an be arranged.

A nice quiet and cozy place in a beautiful wooded area northwest of downtown Indy. John was very good with communication and gave good instructions for staying at the place as well as navigating the area. John also provided great suggestions on things to see and do around Indy. Would recommend staying here on a visit to Indianapolis.

John was a great host. Very easy to communicate with him and to check in. Nice house in a peaceful woodsy subdivision. Easy to get downtown. Spent an enjoyable time together going out for dinner in downtown Indy. Would definitely book again!

Great stay; I opted for this particular place even though I was visiting a different area in Indianapolis and I'm glad I did. My host was friendly and easy to get along with; he offered advice and guidance. The bed/room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are visiting Indy.

I enjoyed my stay with John in his very comfortable home. His place is situated close to the Indianapolis motorway area and is an easy drive to other sights in the center and north side of Indianapolis. John provided many suggestions for what to do during my stay and we met up at coffee shops and shared time at home as well. The bedroom is very comfortable and directly adjacent to the bath with a great shower. If you are traveling to Indianapolis consider a stay with John.

John is very knowledgeable about Indianapolis and the surrounding area. He gave great suggestions for local food and drinks. Space was very nice and so was the company. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable all around. The bed was comfortable, the room cozy and inviting, and John was an approachable and congenial host who made me feel extremely welcome and "at home" throughout the visit.

John is an incredible host. My husband and I had an amazing time in Indy thanks to John attention to detail and focus on guest comfort. He is indeed generous with his place and things. He develop trust and fraternal company with an honest and tactful communication. His place is wonderful and as described. John went beyond regular host duties to make sure you feel welcomed and at home. We are already planning to go back and expand our short trip! Most important John has the capacity to share his wisdom and soul energy if you are open enough to feel it.

I had a wonderful time staying with John! His place is clean, very comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood. John is a great conversationalist and I really enjoyed hanging out with him. Highly recommended
