This is a cozy 2 BR private guesthouse in a wooded Chilmark neighborhood. All linens and towels are provided. My husband and I live in the main house and are only a phone call away if needed. There is spacious outdoor space with 8 person outdoor dining, wood burning fire pit, BBQ grill, 6 person clothing optional hot tub and outdoor shower(seasonal). The guesthouse is located a 25 minute walk to Alleys General store, West Tisbury Center and Library. 9 Minute drive from the airport We are a 5 Minute drive to Lucy Vincent Beach and Chilmark town center and 20 minute drive to Gay Head Cliffs and beaches.

I love being a host in the beautiful town of Chilmark on the Island of Martha's Vineyard. We built this guesthouse on 4.5 acres of land with lots of love and care. I enjoy gardening and all water activities. When not hosting in I have a full time job in one of our elementary schools

Town beaches and reservation properties withing walking or biking distance of the house. There is handful of sit down restaurants in Chilmark and excellent takeout seafood places in the nearby fishing village or Menemsha and Aquinnah which is the next town over. Many places are seasonal here, please reach out if you need any recommendations in the off-season. More urban towns of Tisbury, Edgartown and Oak Bluffs are about 20 minutes away. Here you will find nightlife, restaurants and cafes.

Spent the weekend with close family here and it was such an incredible time. Beautiful home with awesome amenities in an amazing location! Would recommend to anyone looking for an island getaway.
