500sqft detached barn located in a quiet Chiltern hilltop village, scene of many a Midsomer Murder (TV series!). A perfect base for walking, cycling and exploring the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. 45 minutes from Heathrow, central London and Oxford. Quiet bedroom with en-suite shower room and TV, comfortable kingsize bed with Vispring mattress and blackout blinds. Downstairs has a kitchen area with fridge/freezer, mini oven/hob, microwave and washer/dryer. Lounge, dining and work areas. Superfast broadband for work and streaming. Allocated parking space and separate access to barn. Guests are welcome to share use of the patio, garden and pergola. Arrival groceries provided for self-service breakfasts.

The property is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. 5 minute walk to a well-stocked village shop and community tennis court. Many lovely walks from the doorstep. 2 pubs in walking distance. Good restaurants within a short drive. Things to do: hire cycles or walk in Wendover Woods; National Trust at Waddesdon, Cliveden and Ashridge; riverside walks in Marlow and Henley. Lots more local activities in house manual.
