You will feel completely relaxed in our home just 30 minutes from central London and at the doorstep of Kent, the Garden of England. Kings size bed, spacious room, crispy linen and a beautiful garden that will offer relaxing and peaceful moments. Also, you are 20 minutes away from the woods for nice walks. We have decorated the house with love and you are welcome to enjoy this place and we ask you to treat it in the same way we do. We are a very easygoing couple that love interacts with people. We have a baby, but he is very quiet and will not interfere with your stay.

The space Our home is decorated following mid-century style and we have tried our best to have a cosy & calm feeling in every room. You will have access to your room, the bathroom (which is shared) living room to read a book and dining room to have a meal.

You will have have access to our beautiful garden if you wish to have a walk or a coffee outdoor. You can use the kitchen and we are expect that it is left tidy and clean after each use.

If you are staying for a week or more you can use our washing machine and after 7 days we can change your towels and bedsheets.

Plus: Francesco, one of the host is Personal Trainer and Sport Masseur and he is happy to provide prices for these services.

We live in a relaxing green residential area. We are in Zone 4 of London and by train, you can reach central London in about half an hour. It is the perfect location if you want to relax, go for nice walks in the wood and be close to London.

This place is on the doorstep of Kent, The Garden of England. We are surrounded by green forests and golf clubs. It is very peaceful and everyone in the neighbourhood will make you feel like living in a village.

If you wish to have a coffee, go for shopping or a meal out, Chislehurst High Street is 30 minutes walk away, or you can simply jump on the bus (bus stop 7 minutes walking from our place) and in 20 minutes you will be in Bromley centre.

We have original delicate parquet flooring and teak wardrobes when the house was built, so please take extra care when you are in the house. Please do not wear outdoor shoes in the house and do not drag the suitcase wheels on the floor. We give priority for requests of 2 nights or more and it is more likely that we accept requests of travellers that have a profile picture, identity verified and reviews from previous hosts. Also, we reserve the right to ask you for your photo ID at check-in to confirm your identity.
